Foxy by Proxy Halloween Show!

Shivers were sent down our spines after the sensational Halloween show by Foxy by Proxy!
Harnessed with a new MC, a few new Foxies, and even a fantastically contructed stage, those Foxies had us on our toes all night long!
From devilish numbers such as "Pussy Liquors" by Rob Zombie to the striptease inspired by the theme song from Dexter, the
night was filled with haunting images of these girls stealing your souls and
fantasies of what goes bump in the night!
We've been left so inspired, we are bursting at the seams. In the next month or so, stay tuned to see new sets of the newest member of Foxy by Proxy, some new engagement sessions, and our contest winner from the Bikers 4 Paws Charity Raffle! Congratulations Jackie from St. Joseph, Missouri!

AJ+Kelsey

Kelsey and AJ Henry.
Quite the handsome couple indeed! They gave us the special opportunity to document their day, in the intimate chapel of Danforth at KU. The warmth of their spirit and the connection between them could be felt across the room.
Congratulations you two!

Weekend Weddings...

Well... I don't know if you know this or not...
But it was a pretty busy weekend for us. Jen traveled to Lincoln, Ne, to shoot a friend's wedding. The next morning, she came home to shoot another wedding. At the same time Racheal was taking photos for the groomsmen for said second wedding, and once she was done, she turned around to bartend that exact same wedding. In the meantime, while Jen was shooting the reception, all eyes turned to Jamie, as he shot party pics for the Replay Prom.
Overall, it was a great weekend with a TON of photos. Editing will now take center stage as the weekend comes to a postponed end. Staying busy as always.

Replay Prom Night!

Hey, Kats and Kittens,
Just wanted to thank you all for making the Replay Prom a great success! Donations for the Women's Transitional Services were at an all time high, and it's all thanks to you kids. Congratulations to Dusty Holt and Teresa Staskal for winning prom king and queen. And congratulations to Dawn Tallchief on a sweet score: a free two- hour photo shoot with yours truly! Pics soon to come. *Spoiler Alert* They are gonna be fun! Thanks again to all who contributed and I'm looking forward to next year!

In my opinion the most fun to be had at prom so far.

Visions in the Dark....

In any city, in any country, go to any mental institution or halfway house you can get yourself to. When you reach the front desk, ask to visit someone who calls himself "The Holder of the End". Should a look of child-like fear come over the worker's face, you will then be taken to a cell in the building. It will be in a deep, hidden section of the building. All you will hear is the sound of someone talking to themselves echoing throughout the halls. It is in a language that you will not understand, but your very soul will feel unspeakable fear.

Welcome,
Thanks to all for visiting Atomic Photography. We are an independent group of people who want to capture life as it is, could be, and should be. Our main goal is to represent the idea that a subject (being man, woman, landscape, object, thought) can be shown in an alternative fashion. One aspect of this ideal just happens to be our bread and butter: Pin-Up photography.

Giving women the opportunity to be portrayed in such a classic, beautiful style of art, has become a way to show how the female being is a thing of beauty. Like most trends of the day, Atomic-era art is becoming something that is coming back in a big way. Only this time, this retro trend is here to stay.

While Vargas, Elvgren, or Petty may be a prime influence for us, the constant drive for new material and angles is our most distinguishing factor. Be it a sexy gift for you or your partner, a sunset, a flower, or even the patterns of a sidewalk, Atomic Photography is never-ending in the way we look at the world. If your Senior photos are due next week, or you would just like to have a nice print of the Kansas horizon in your office, Atomic is here for your needs and wants. Band photos. Party pics. You let us know and we'll do what it takes.
